• Court Services

  Our Court Services Department can handle all of your physical and electronic filings, county recordings and research/retrieval requests statewide. CPS offers concierge e-filing services to all California mandated courts and can advance courts fees upon request. Assignments submitted online are routinely checked for accuracy and quality assurance prior to being forwarded to court. With each assignment, CPS emails confirmation of receipt and completion, uploads conformed copies and stores them online for access 24/7 on the CPS Client Portal.
