About the Owner: Steven Penn Hsu, Principal Architect, graduated in 1997 from Woodbury University School of Architecture with a BArch degree. He has over 20 years experience in the practice of architectural design and construction in LA, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Steven lives and works in Ventura, California.
